Dallas Henry has been the Lead Minister of FCC since 2008.  He and his wife, Alpha, were married in May, 2003, and they have a son, Boaz.  Dallas and Alpha both graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri with degrees in Biblical Literature, and they have ministered in Missouri, Texas, and Illinois.  

Dallas and Alpha  are always doing something.  They love to have friends in their home to eat meals, play games, or just chat.  Both are NBA fans, and especially enjoy watching the San Antonio Spurs.  They enjoy heading up to the city for the day to look like cheesy tourists.  Dallas and Alpha both have a passion for music, and it is very normal to see one or both of them playing an instrument or singing on stage Sunday mornings.

Josh LaGrange started working at FCC in 2006.  Josh and Jen were married in October 2005, and they have two daughters, Jaidyn and Jasmyn.  In the early days Josh was a volunteer in the youth ministry, and it didn't take long for the leadership to notice his potential and offer him a full time position.  He is currently attending Lincoln Christian University in Lincoln, Illinois and hopes to complete his degree in 2011.

Josh is a self proclaimed nerd who loves video games and computers.  He and his wife also enjoy watching movies and often know the most obscure details about the movies they see.

Josh Gill came on staff with FCC in 2010.  He is a student at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois studying Church Music.  Josh started working in worship teams at his home church several years ago and has grown a deep passion for leading the people of God to worship.  Along with being on staff at FCC and being a full time student, Josh is also the leader of ONU's traveling worship team, All Things New.  

Josh plays several instruments, including guitar, drums, and bass.  He is also quite the athlete, currently playing intramural soccer at ONU.
